The solution: The barndominium was built from the ground up: the building was constructed and finished through the exterior, then the interior was completed to a finished, livable state.

The problem: The existing bathtub was worn and needed to be replaced. The project was a straight tub replacement in the existing bathroom.

The solution: The old tub was removed and a new tub was installed and finished in place, leaving the bathroom with a fresh, clean tub.

The problem: The existing kitchen was outdated and no longer worked well for daily use. The client asked for a full remodel of the existing space.

The problem: The existing parking lot surface was deteriorated and needed to be repaved to stay safe and presentable for customers.

The problem: The pool house bathroom was outdated and in need of a remodel.

The solution: The pool house bathroom was remodeled and finished, updating the space into a clean, modern bathroom for the pool house.

The problem: The existing roof had reached the end of its useful life and needed to be replaced completely. The project required removing the old roof covering entirely before the new roof could be installed.

The solution: Total Service Contracting tore off the old roof down to the deck and installed a complete new roof system from start to finish. The job was carried through in one continuous sequence, leaving a clean, finished, weathertight roof.

The problem: The flat roof was worn and in need of restoration rather than a full replacement. The client chose a silicone recovery system to restore and extend the life of the existing roof.

The solution: The crew prepared the flat roof surface and applied the silicone recovery system coating. The result is a restored, uniform roof surface with renewed waterproofing, completed without tearing off the existing roof.

The problem: The existing slab and backyard area lacked the covered outdoor space the client wanted. The project called for extending the slab and adding a covered patio.

The solution: A new slab extension was poured and a covered patio was built over it, creating a finished outdoor living area attached to the existing structure.

The problem: The existing windows were old and no longer performed well. The client chose to replace them with new windows throughout the home.

The solution: The old windows were removed and new replacement windows were installed and finished, giving the home updated, better-performing windows.

The problem: The building's original roof was an aging painted metal panel roof. Close-up views showed torn, curling material and heavy rust staining along the ridge, with leaf debris built up in the panel grooves. The plain fascia had no matching gutter system in place.

The solution: TSC removed the deteriorated roof panels and installed a new red standing-seam metal roof, including two new ridge vents for attic airflow. A matching red-trimmed fascia and gutter system was installed along the full roofline.

The problem: The home had an open porch area that offered no protection from the weather. The client wanted a covered porch added to make the space usable in any conditions.

The solution: A covered porch addition was built over the existing porch area, providing a finished, shaded outdoor space attached to the home.
