Wide view of the building after the re-roof, with a new red roofline edge and matching red gutter trim.

The problem

The building's original roof was an aging painted metal panel roof. Close-up views showed torn, curling material and heavy rust staining along the ridge, with leaf debris built up in the panel grooves. The plain fascia had no matching gutter system in place.

The solution

TSC removed the deteriorated roof panels and installed a new red standing-seam metal roof, including two new ridge vents for attic airflow. A matching red-trimmed fascia and gutter system was installed along the full roofline.
