The problem

The existing roof had reached the end of its useful life and needed to be replaced completely. The project required removing the old roof covering entirely before the new roof could be installed.

The solution

Total Service Contracting tore off the old roof down to the deck and installed a complete new roof system from start to finish. The job was carried through in one continuous sequence, leaving a clean, finished, weathertight roof.
